The Big Boss juicer I received as a gift. I had never juiced prior to receiving the Big Boss. It is a very well made machine that has clearly been designed to last. Many of the parts are ceramic. Not only does this insure a long life for those parts, but it also makes them very easy to wash and clean.

worth every penny and GREAT QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
i purchased this juicer from my local bed bath and it was missing the instruction book, i reached out to emsoninc.com as it sates on the box and literally within 12 minutes i was email a pdf of the instruction manual and a recipe book as well as a tracking number for a hard copy in the mail, now that deserves a 5star review. in addition to that. everything was so simple to put together and use.. now i have been looking for a slow juicer for quote sometime and since i own other big boss products this was the most affordable in the market with a 2 year warranty which i know a company this reputable will honor. so i purchased it and highly recommend anyone looking for slow juicer to purchase the big boss slow juicer (vitapress)
Wasn't Impressed
After doing a lot of research I ordered this as my first juicer and I did not like it. It got clogged often and quick and the clean up was a pain. I felt that the pulp was to moist and that not all of the juice was squeezed out of it. So I returned it after one use and purchased another juicer that I am very happy with!
