pieces were broken and the people kept sending an automated message when trying to contact them.
The plates were broken and chipped. The customer service was horrible. They had a computer generized system respond to all of my message s and when I finally did get in touch with someone they were very rude.

Very Pretty
The colors are vibrant, and the set is of nice quality. The packaging was nice and nothing was broken or chipped.
