With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

just what I wanted
The product is exactly what it says and I liked it - just don't let the back of it get wet - it will get soggy and have to be dried out.
I also wanted to add - the enormouse amount of paper used to wrap it is way too much and wasteful.

Limited usefulness
These are extremely small. You won't find much use for them. I'm disappointed with them. What on earth are they for??
METAL and Cardboard - size 9 3/4 x 8 and 7 1/2 x 6 1/4
Value... about a $3 item that I paid nearly $10 for. These are hot pads... the old fashion 1960s style. METAL , with rolled under rim and CARDBOARD back (meaning subject to scratches and damage from water). Smallish size makes them useful for not much else. Picture provided here is deceptive as the smaller mat is not proportionate to the larger mat. I made the assumption that these were some sort plastic.and had another use in mind. I am giving it one star due to the inadequate detail that was provided and being overpriced and made with a cardboard back.
